Norfolk General Hospital’s medical laboratory director led the list of provincial public servants in the area making $100,000 a year or more — as he has for many years.

The skills Mashala Eshghabadi, who earned more than $344,000, has are rare and demand high wages, hospital officials have said in the past.

Here are the results for a number of provincial workers who made the “sunshine list” in 2011.
