A convicted killer, who’d planned to move back to Stratford, has decided instead on London after his latest stint behind bars.

Justin Primmer was released from jail Monday after serving a sentence for the beating of Desiree Gallagher, 22, who plunged from the seventh-floor balcony of Primmer’s London apartment on May 25.

Primmer, 29, had planned to return to Stratford, the city where he stabbed a man to death in 2003, but apparently had a last-minute change of heart.

Susan Gerth, Gallagher’s mother, who publicly criticized Primmer’s release while her daughter remains in hospital, said she was called by a probation officer Monday telling her Primmer’s plans had decided he’d move to the Forest City.

“My stomach is turning. I feel sick to my stomach,” Gerth said.

Primmer pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily harm in the beating of Gallagher. He was given a six-month sentence with credit for time served, a sentence that outraged Gallagher’s friends and family.

Gallagher is still in hospital, with 14 screws holding her spine together, a portion of her skull removed to relieve swelling of her brain. She’s partially blind and has lost her short-term memory.

How she fell from the balcony, has been under police investigation.

“He’s able to see where he’s going, he’s able to walk on two feet,” Gerth said of Primmer.

“She’s still in pain every day. It hurts to see how much pain she’s in.”
