Get ready for more snow

Don’t say you weren’t warned, Southwestern Ontario.

Environment Canada said snow will snarl the Friday morning commute, the latest blast of wintery weather to hit the region this season.

The snow will be heavy at times and will begin before dawn Friday, Environment Canada said in a statement Thursday. Driving conditions might be dicey.

Up to 15 centimetres of fresh snow could be on the ground by days-end Friday.

Special weather statements have been issued for several areas including Norfolk, Haldimand and Brantford/Brant.

Environment Canada said it’s monitoring the situation and will issue watches or warnings if warranted.

Snow is also in the forecast for Saturday and Sunday.
