Big changes at Delhi News-Record

Article content

Big changes are on the way at the Delhi News-Record.

Your weekly newspaper is moving to a Thursday publication day starting next week.

Beginning July 4, the Delhi News-Record will be delivered free to an estimated 3,200 households in our community. People will no longer pay to subscribe to the newspaper.

The Delhi News-Record is also returning to its roots by moving to a broadsheet format. The larger pages will enable us to include more news and photographs of Delhi and area.

In the coming weeks we will increase our social media presence with regular updates on twitter (twitter.com/delhinewsrecord) and Facebook (facebook.com/delhinewsrecord) to better serve our on-line readers.

"The Delhi News Record has a rich history of serving our readers and advertisers and this tradition will continue with our new print and digital offerings," said Ken Koyama, group publisher.

Current subscribers of the Delhi News-Record are asked to call Nancy Doktor at 519-756-2020 ext 2263 or e-mail her at nancy.doktor@sunmedia.ca for refund information.

We remain committed to our readers and would like to thank you for your continued loyalty.
