On Nov. 11, we will bow our heads at 11 a.m. and remember Canada’s veterans. This Remembrance Day, we’d like to see how you’re honouring those who have served our country. Perhaps you have a picture of your grandfather from the Second World War you’d like share. Or maybe your sister served in Afghanistan? Perhaps you’ve created a poppy meme? Share your photos with us.
How to get involved: Veterans Affairs Canada has asked people to tag their tweets and Instagram photos with #ShowYouRemember leading up to Remembrance Day. Any message our readers tag with #ShowYouRemember on Twitter and Instagram will show up on this page. You can also email us pictures to ShowYouRemember@Scribblelive.com or pay your respects to veterans by hitting the ‘Comment Now’ button.
We’ll be taking submissions until Nov. 12. Thank you for helping us remember.
