Maamwesying Ontario Health Team and Algoma Public Health sign agreement
On March 27, the Maamwesying North Shore Community Health Services, as a core partner of the Maamwesying Ontario Health Team, signed a collaboration agreement with Algoma Public Health. The agreement follows the one signed in partnership with the Espanola Regional Hospital and Health Centre on Friday, Jan. 12, 2024. Both agreements are tailored to meet the needs of Indigenous peoples.

Maamwesying Ontario Health Team and ERHHC hold collaboration signing ceremony
On Friday, Jan. 12 a joint agreement was signed between Maamwesying North Shore Community Health Services, a core partner of the Maamwesying Ontario Health Team and the Espanola Regional Hospital and Health Centre. A press release relating to the event revealed that the signing ceremony, which took place at the Community Hall in Sagamok Anishnawbek, was a renewal of their collaboration agreement. ERHHC has been an established collaboration partner of the Maamwesying Ontario Health Team since 2022.
Montana Brandow to represent Canada at the Royal International Pageant
Former Massey resident Montana Brandow says she feels like she has finally made the pageant Olympics after winning her first international competition. It is something she has been working towards since 2019.
