At OLEX, 660 fed cattle were on offer.  Cows are selling on a good demand at stronger prices.

From Ontario Pork:

Quebec’s average price on Wednesday was $158.14 per ckg D.W. 100 index.

The previous markets day’s CME Constructed (201) price was $61.46 U.S. per cwt. D.W.

Compared to the previous day this was down $0.81

Today we expect the CME Constructed (201) price to decrease $1.63

At the Chicago Board of Trade, corn futures are slightly higher:

DEC19 up 2 1/4 at $3.62  1/4

DEC19 up 2 1/4 at $3.62  1/4

Soybean futures are moderately higher:

NOV19 up 19 1/2 at $8.86

NOV19 up 19 1/2 at $8.86

Chatham-Kent cash corn:         $5.52 – $5.62/bu, $217.41 – $221.35/mt.

Chatham-Kent cash soybeans:        $10.81 – $10.86/bu, $397.20 – $399.04/mt.

Grain Farmers Terminal Wheat Bids: Soft White $6.77/bu, $248.76/mt.

Hard Red $7.03/bu, $258.31/mt, Soft Red $6.70/bu, $246.18/mt, Red Spring $6.26/bu, $230.02/mt.
