The all-volunteer auxiliary has done this for several years now with 100% of the proceeds going directly to purchase necessary equipment for the Espanola Regional Hospital. This year, funds raised will go towards new x-ray equipment for the hospital.

Besides the fall festival pumpkin pancake breakfast, the auxiliary raises money for the hospital throughout the whole year.

The hospital gift shop is staffed entirely by auxiliary, and many of the items in the shop are handmade by the women. They hold a Christmas tea and bazaar, a Valentine’s Day bake sale, two raffles a year and they decorate a large Christmas Tree at the hospital to remember loved ones who have passed. They sell In Memoriam cards and ornaments that people can purchase with their loved ones’ name on it for the tree.

Volunteers are always welcome.
