The “concise, confident and bold” slogan, college officials said, builds off its new logo and crest unveiling more than a year ago.

The slogan is a nod to the changes at Lambton College, including its new health, fitness, and excellence and engineering centres, the college’s top marks in research investment and other honours. The slogan – developed over the past several months in consultation with students, staff and faculty – also serves as an invitation to students to change theirs’ and others’ futures, said Cindy Buchanan, senior director of marketing, communications and brand management.

“Lambton College has changed a lot,” she said. “We’re in a new place and we wanted a slogan that would really bring that to life.”

Plans are to keep the slogan – which replaces “Choose Lambton” and predecessors “Connect,””‘Make it Yours,” and “The Bridge to Your Future” – for three years, depending on the reception, Buchanan said.

An advertising campaign to show off the new identity is also currently underway, she said following Wednesday’s unveiling at the college.

“’Change Everything’ is where we are here at Lambton College,” she said. “You can change everything if you come here. We have changed everything and we’re ready for you.”
