SPAGHETTI DINNER: Parkview Meadows Christian Retirement Village is hosting its annual spaghetti dinner and raffle. The raffle will take place at 5:30 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 each and include all you can eat spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, coffee, tea, and dessert. FOOD CRAVING WORKSHOP: Explore why we eat. Join a dietitian and social worker at the Tillsonburg hospital for a four-week program to become more aware of your problematic eating triggers, tune into your thoughts and emotions that steer you off track, discuss strategies and resources to change your eating for good and have a healthier relationship with food.  Please bring a pen and note pad to write down your notes.   February 20, 27 (missing March 5), March 12 and March 19 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Meetings will be in the Assembly Room (basement Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital).
