Nude images result in charge

A Norfolk man has been charged after nude photos of a woman were posted on the internet without her knowledge.

In a news release, Norfolk OPP said the man charged was known to the woman.

On Tuesday, the woman told police the man took photos of her while she was sleeping and then posted them on several different social media sites.

The man has been arrested and charged with publication of an intimate image without consent contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused will answer the charge in the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.
