Police property is not immune when it comes to vandalism.

An OPP radar trailer on James Street in Delhi suffered damage after the tires were intentionally set on fire in the early morning hours of April 22.  A secondary fire was located on the fender but did not spread to the rest of the trailer.

Police were contacted around 5:50 p.m. by a concerned citizen reporting the burns.

The Norfolk County OPP is continuing to investigate and will be reviewing the trailer’s security surveillance footage in an attempt to identify those responsible.
