Two new cases of COVID-19 were reported Tuesday by the Chatham-Kent public health unit as the municipality’s total rose to 330.

There are 83 active cases, five fewer than the day before. Four people are hospitalized.

The total number of recoveries increased to 245.

The one active workplace outbreak is down to one case.

Forty-nine active cases are the result of close contact with another case, 10 are travel-related and seven are from a congregate setting.

The likely cause of exposure is pending for 11 active cases and unknown for five.
